Fujitsu Launches AI Auto Presentation Technology for Multilingual Presentations
Fujitsu Limited has launched the AI Auto Presentation technology, enabling users to create automated, multilingual presentations. The tool, developed with Headwaters Co., Ltd., will be available through Microsoft 365 Copilot and allows users to generate presentations in over 30 languages. With features like AI avatars and customizable content generation, Fujitsu aims to streamline communication and improve operational efficiency across organizations.
On June 19, 2025, Fujitsu Limited launched a game-changing AI-driven presentation technology. This new tool, dubbed “Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation,” aims to make creating and delivering presentations smoother and more accessible. It combines AI avatars, capable of answering audience questions, with Microsoft PowerPoint data, bringing a fresh approach to presentations in over 30 languages.
This innovation, birthed from a partnership with Headwaters Co., Ltd., will initially be available as a trial on the Fujitsu Research Portal for corporate customers. Starting in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, Fujitsu plans to implement the tool internally and then roll it out globally by the third quarter. Users can generate presentations using their own likeness and voice, which means even those without technical expertise or language skills can create slick presentations.
Fujitsu’s goal here is to democratize the presentation process. They hope that this will allow organizations to share accurate and high-quality information while boosting overall efficiency. The technology represents a vital step toward a more digitally integrated society, tapping into the pressing need for seamless communication in today’s increasingly globalized world.
Satoshi Asano, from Microsoft Japan, expressed his enthusiasm over the collaboration. He noted, “By making Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation available via the declarative agent framework of Microsoft 365 Copilot, we expect it will help customers accelerate global expansion through multilingual content creation, streamline marketing operations…” His excitement reflects an ambition to address challenges in communication and operational efficiency—issues many businesses grapple with.
Masaya Nishimaki of Headwaters Co., Ltd. also commented on the joint effort. He remarked, “We are deeply honored to have collaborated with Fujitsu Limited… Through this effort, we have strongly felt the practicality of AI rooted in business operations and the significant potential for improving operational efficiency.” His words highlight a wider trend—a push for practical AI solutions that genuinely benefit businesses and individuals alike.
Additional features of the Fujitsu AI Auto Presentation include autonomous slide transitions, which tailor the timing of slides according to preset character counts. Users can customize the presentation in many ways, thanks to voice recognition and large language model technology allowing input and control of content on a granular level. This means presentations can be highly personalized, whether through added text or changes in writing style.
Fujitsu prides itself on contributing to sustainability through innovation. With more than 113,000 employees, they address significant global challenges through various technological capabilities—from AI and data security to network solutions. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, Fujitsu reported impressive earnings of 3.6 trillion yen (around $23 billion USD), solidifying its position in the digital services sector within Japan.
As the world shifts further into the digital age, Fujitsu’s AI Auto Presentation tool intends to enhance how information is presented and shared, paving the way towards more efficient, inclusive communication in business environments.
Fujitsu’s new AI Auto Presentation has the potential to transform how presentations are created and delivered. By enabling automated, multilingual presentations through AI avatars that can interact with audiences, it simplifies a previously complex task. This technology promises to democratize access for users of all skill levels while enhancing operational efficiencies for organizations. As Fujitsu moves to implement this worldwide, its contribution to digital transformation in businesses becomes clearer than ever.
